Information about PMA

PMA (Parent Music and Arts) Association is a volunteer organization that supports the arts classes and programs at Logan-Magnolia schools. We are involved in helping the band, choral, speech, and drama departments.  Listed below are some of the funds the PMA has given for the betterment of the arts.  

$5,000.00 - New auditorium lighting system
$5,000.00 - Purchase of Band equipment
$250.00 - 4th Grade Symphony Tickets
$500.00 - Band Uniform Cleaning
$1,200.00 - Hotel stays for State Speech Contestants
$100.00 - Each year toward roses for the Ceremony of Roses
 
Providing food and drinks for Speech contest and Large Group Music Contests.
 

Our music and arts programs are top quality and are continuing to grow.  We want to provide as much financial support as possible.  Our main fundraising comes from selling concessions at football games and track meets.  This is a large undertaking and requires many people.  Please consider helping to contribute to these great programs at our school and consider being a part of PMA!!

We ask that each family with a child in Band, Choir, Show Choir, Speech or Drama, volunteer at one concession stand per year. With the number of kids involved in these programs, if every family volunteers one time, we can easily cover all the football games and track meets.
